Getting paid globally should mean getting paid locally, instantly, and in full. The next step is giving you direct access to liquidity, on your terms.

Here's a look at how the live order book and broker marketplace work.

how brokers post live offers

Brokers can now publish buy and sell offers directly inside WireMe. Creating an ad takes a few clear inputs:

  • Asset: choose to buy or sell USDT or USDC
  • Exchange rate: set a custom rate in KES, for example 131 KES per coin
  • Volume and limits: set the total available coin volume and a minimum order size
  • Payment preference: choose a payout method, with M-Pesa available as the default
  • Expiry period: set how long the ad stays active on the order book

Once published, the offer appears in a live order book where users can review rates, limits, and terms at a glance.

Creating a buy offer: setting a KES exchange rate, available USDC volume, minimum order, and M-Pesa payment preference.

clear numbers before you commit

When a user wants to sell digital assets, they can review live broker offers and see exactly what they'll receive before confirming anything.

For example, if a broker posts an open buy offer at 131 KES per USDT, a user selling 500 USDT sees the payout calculated upfront: 65,500 KES. They choose an estimated escrow hold duration and confirm the sale with full clarity on what they're getting.

Selling into an offer: 500 USDT at 131 KES per coin, with the exact 65,500 KES payout shown before confirming.

escrow protection, built in

Once a trade is accepted, funds move into escrow and stay locked there until both sides confirm completion.

  • Funds stay in escrow while local M-Pesa clearing takes place
  • Escrow releases funds only once  payment is confirmed
  • Neither side is exposed to counterparty risk or unilateral cancellation

Brokers also get a dashboard to track active orders, adjust volumes, and manage open trades in real time.

This is what #PaidIsPaid represents in practice: real liquidity, real pricing transparency, and funds that only move when both sides are ready.
